She is survived by: her siblings, Martha and Bill; her children, Leslie R. Cook, Jr. (Vicki), Brian D. Cook (Lauren), Karen J. Haworth (Dave), Jeffrey P. Cook (Heidi), Peter A. Cook (Jennie), David W. Cook (Mary) and Jean E. Stephenson (Kerry); and her daughter-in-law Brenda K. Cook. She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
