He is survived by: his parent Betty Atkinson; his grandparents, Louisa Loughry and Samuel Loughry; his daughters, Rachel Loughry of Taneytown and Sundae Loughry Cox (Ty) of Indiana; his sisters, Bonnie Evans (Stuart Evans) of Virginia and Patty Crain; and his grandchildren, Brittany Mendenhall and Sophie Cox of Indiana.
