We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2018, at the age of 78, Noel Cover Hough (New Windsor, Maryland), born in Bronxville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Rodney Addison Cover, Sr.; her husband Gerard "Jerry" Hough; and her siblings, Rodney Cover and Anne Briggs. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Louise Stitely Cover; her son Rodney Cover Hough (Louise); her brother Robert Stitely Cover of New Windsor; and also, Eleanor Noel Hough and Adair Allen Hough.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave, Westminster, MD 21157.
