It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Meade (New Windsor, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 27, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Helen Meade (Simms); and his brother Robert Meade. He is survived by: his parent Roy C. Meade; his wife Svandis Meade; his sons, Roger C. Meade (Heather) of Kailua, HI and Russell D. Meade (Jennifer) of Columbia, MD; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Michael, Sophia and Emma Meade.
