It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Bollinger (New Windsor, Maryland), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Uriah S. Fritz; and her brother Charles W. Fritz. She is survived by: her parent Mary Virginia Waddell Fritz; her spouse James M. Bollinger; her children, Barbara Fogle (Richard) of Taneytown and Robert Bollinger (Bonnie Jean) of Needmore, PA; her grandchildren, Richard J. Fogle (Pamela), Amy Marie Jones (Robert), Laurie A. Waugh (Ron), Brian D. Bollinger (Kimberly) and Cynthia Anne Koutsouradis (Ari); her great grandchildren, David A. Bollinger, Shannon N. Fogle, Jessup S. Jones, Steven M. Koutsouradis, Rochelle M. Jones, Dustin J. Fogle and Katherine J. Koutsouradis; her great great grandchild Orry Main Bollinger; and her sister-in-law Betty Fritz of New Windsor.
