It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Betts (New Windsor, Maryland), who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Patrice Warner (Altovese). He is survived by : his wife Amy Betts; his children, Nicholas Betts (Lindsey), Nathaniel Betts (Abbey) and Chloe Betts; his parents, Catherine Louise Betts Lopez and Thomas Junior Milton (Linda); his stepfather Mervin Warner; and his siblings, Thomas Betts (Tonya), James Warner (Traci), Bede Lopez Jr., Betty Lopez and Valuary Waller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.
