He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Meusel and Rose May Blackburn Meusel. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bouchelle Meusel; his daughters, Karen Scheeler of Havre de Grace, MD, Susan Meusel of Tampa, FL, Amber Pucci of North East, MD and Amanda McAnulty (Casey) of Rising Sun, MD; his grandchildren, Paul Michael O'Donnell (Jen), Kaleigh Scheeler (Gabe), LCpl Dustin Flowers Jr., Sean "DJ" Diamonte and Addison Diamonte; his great grandchild Madison O'Donnell; his brother Francis "Pat" Meusel (Sharon) of Joppatowne, MD; and his close friend Charlee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Maryland State Troopers Association at 1300 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208.
