He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Wayne Shiflett, Sr. and Robin Edith Moats (Park); his son Gabriel Lockheart; his stepfather Charlie Moats; and his siblings, Carrol Shiflett of Cumberland, MD, Michael, Frankie Shiflett, Saretha Park of Oakland, Callista Moats of Oakland, Courtney Moats of Oakland, Leslie Shiflett of Oakland and Michelle Armstrong of Gormania, WV. He is also survived by twelve nephews and nieces.
