With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isabelle Terrant (Oakland, Maryland), who passed away on January 30, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil F. Sr and Ethel D. Miller, Sr. (Gregory); her husband Tony Terrant; her son Richard A. Terrant; her grandson Scott A. Chatham; her siblings, Virgil F. Miller, Jr., Richard Miller and Clara Shady; and her son-in-law Jimmy D. Hook, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, David W. Terrant (Cindy), Sandra K. Chatham (Roger), Cheryl A. Landis (Don), Toni L. Nixon (John), Pamela J. Hook (Friendsville, MD), Darla S. Custer (Charles, Friendsville) and Elizabeth A. Terrant (Oakland); and her sister Martha Paugh of Oakland. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
