She is survived by: her children, Ryan Kelly of Morgantown, WV, Rhonda Cox (Robert, Oakland) and Rachel Kelly (Gary Crosco, Oakland); her siblings, William Billings, Tom Billings, Mary Dennison, Evelyn Howdershelt, Cathy Allman and Debbie Billings-Davis; her grandchildren, Richard Sines (Marsha), Aaron Sines (Lori), Justin Sines, Madison Crosco and Katelyn Crosco; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Landon, Wyatt, Ryder, Raylee, Koralynn and Rhett.
