He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Sullivan and Fannie Sullivan (DeWalt); and his children, Debra Cerrito and Tony "Casey" Sullivan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sullivan (Gardner); his sons, Steven Craig Sullivan of Iola, TX and Dean Sullivan (Sharon); and his daughter-in-law Doris Sullivan of Amboy, WV. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
