It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald McLaughlin of Ocean City, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McLaughlin and Mary Ernelle McLaughlin (Graves); and his brothers, Richard, Robert and Eugene McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Hofmann McLaughlin; his daughters, Marla Bissett (Paul) of St Petersburg, FL and Jennifer Hoogstra (Dirk) of Rye, NY.; his granddaughters, Megan Malloy, Ava Hoogstra and Cecilia Hoogstra; his stepgranddaughters, Rachael Knight (Jack), Olivia Bissett and Isabella Bissett; his brother Alan Tracy McLaughlin of Fairfax, VA; and his brother-in-law Martin Hofmann of Ellicott City, MD..
