She is survived by: her husband Woody Noel; her great grandchild Oliver; her brothers, Edward Joseph Gallaher, III (Bunky) of Sneeds Ferry, NC and Daniel Tison Gallaher (Ginny) of Parkersburg, WVA.; and also, Margie Noel Temple and Brad.
