He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ford Foley, Sr. and Dorothy (Norris); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Foley; and his son Mark Heubeck. He is survived by: his son Gary Heubeck (Linda) of Baltimore; and his grandson Evan Heubeck.
