She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel DiSimone, Jr.; her parents, Helen Votteler and Erwin Votteler; and her brother Erwin "Dutch" Votteler. She is survived by: her children, Denise DiSimone (Ed Mulligan), DeAnna DiSimone and Samuel DiSimone, III (Denyse); and her siblings, Helen LaPorta and Wilhemina Helms. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
