It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Baker of Ocean City, Maryland, born in Whaleyville, Maryland, who passed away on May 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Nadine Truitt Baker; and his siblings, Kenny, Jimmy Baker, Bertha Johnson and Joann Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Knott Baker; his daughter Sonya Baker Bounds (Bill) of Berlin; and his grandchildren, Kirby, Ryan and Zachary Bounds.
