It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Russell (Ocean City, Maryland), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Reid Russell and Hattie Isabella Russell (Weisner); his wife Janice (Williams); his children, Laura, Frances, Robert and Mary Catherine (Cat); and his grandchildren, Elena, Phoebe, Stephanie (Stevie), Joshua, Sara, Emily, Jacob, Aaron, Travis and Katie. He was also cherished by 25 great grandchildren.
