We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2021, at the age of 82, Jon Javornicky of Ocean Pines, Maryland, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Javornicky and Rose Javornicky (Lehotay); and his son-in-law James Myers. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Javornicky; his daughters, Deanna, Myers, Kathlyn "Lynn" Hayes (Wayne) and Carla Weaver (Bobby); his grandchildren, Joey, Jamie, Katelyn, Hannah and Hayden; and his great grandchild Adalena.

A donation in his memory may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
