He was predeceased by : his parent Robert E. Kastner. He is survived by : his parent Marilyn Kastner; his siblings, Stephen Kastner, Christopher Kastner (Amy) and Terence Kastner; and his nieces and nephews, Jared Kastner and Hannah Kastner.

Visitation will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church 2900 Olney-Sandy Spring Road, Olney, Maryland 20832 on Friday, July 20, from 10:00 until 10:30 A.M. with Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 am In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's School Athletics at the above address.
