She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave Chesna and Martha Chesna (Kurth); her husband Hal Sherman; and her son Jeffrey Mark Sherman. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Baker (David); her daughter-in-law Margaret Sherman (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Sierra (Jennifer), Jessica (Jeff) and Zachary (Jeff); her brother Paul; and her sisters-in-law, Corinne Chesna and Joann Sherman (Tom). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
