She is survived by: her children, Charles Jefferis (Beatrice), Carl Jefferis and Lillie Mello; her grandchildren, Anthony Jefferis (Demetrica), Maisha Mello, Nakia Whitney and Carlos Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Carrie Jefferis, Joxion Whitney and Janyne Whitney. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
