She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph W. Courtney; and her son John W. Courtney III (Kim). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shane Courtney (Emily), Tyler Courtney (Brittani) and Lauren Bartnik (Gary). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
