He was predeceased by: his parent Ross Harry; and his brother Daniel LeKites. He is survived by: his parent Thelma Jane LeKites; his wife Marie F. LeKites; his children, Brian P. LeKites of Mardela Springs and Jennifer M. LeKites of Parsonsburg; his grandchildren, Jordyn LeKites, Nicholas LeKites and Clayton Bradford; his siblings, Grace Ellis of Salisbury, Donald LeKites of Salisbury and Harry LeKites of California; Crystal of Mardela Springs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to ALS Association DC/MD/VA Chapter, 30 W. Gude Dr., Suite 150, Rockville, MD 20850.
