She was predeceased by : her husband William H. Smith; her siblings, Lillian Nichols, Laura Ellis, Thelma Parker and Vincent Foskey; and her son-in-law Bill Beauchamp.

She is survived by : her children, Teresa Beauchamp of Parsonsburg, MD, Gregory (Joy Smith), Timothy (Vivan Smith) and Lisa (Jeff Parker); and her grandchildren, Beau Beauchamp (Jennifer Grover), Kevin Beauchamp (Carolyn), Michael Smith (Melissa) and J. R. Swartz (Bindi). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
