He was predeceased by: his parent Mary B. Stuart; his wife Nellie Davis Moats; his son John Paul Daye; and his brothers, Larry Moats and Rusty Stuart.
He is survived by: his parent Cecil Stuart; his sons, Kevin David Molnar (Dawn) of Pittsville and Donald Gregory Moats of Pittsville; and his siblings, Patty Przybyla (Lenny) of Laurel, DE, Kim Stuart of Laurel, DE, Kenny Stuart of Salisbury and Jeff Stuart of Pittsville. He is also survived by several grandchildren & one great grandchild.
