We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2020, at the age of 76, Norman Gene Francis of Parsonsburg, Maryland, born in Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Francis and Marie Francis. He is survived by : his siblings, Diane Keen and David Francis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many friends.
