He is survived by: his wife Lisa Jill Quinlan Powell; his children, John Powell, Emily Powell and Katie Powell; his stepsons, Rickie Anderson, Billy Stewart and James Stewart; his daughter-in-law Heather Stewart; his grandson Bradley Stewart; and his brothers, Joseph Powell of Salisbury, Daniel Powell of Salisbury and Steven Powell (Susan) of Salisbury.
