He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Worthington Collins, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Jean Nelson Collins; his wife Wanda Lee Collins; his daughters, Warrenetta C. Baker (Laurence) of Bethesda and Michelle L. Thomason (Michael) of Hebron; and his great grandchildren, Marco Capone, Charlotte Capone and Augustus Capone.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Coastal Hospice, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
