She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Lines and Henrietta Zepp Wolf; her husband Frederick Goetz; her stepdaughter Christine M. Lynn; and her stepsiblings, Philip, Joseph Moreland, Gertrude Tyler and Jaquelin Hardy.
She is survived by: her son William F. Stivers, Jr. of Odenton; her stepson Fred C. Goetz; her daughter Cindy M. Leake of Pasadena; and her brother Monroe D. Lines of Glen Burnie. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
