She was predeceased by: her brother John. She is survived by: her husband William E. Bartholomew; her children, Kimberly J. Collins (Thomas), William E. Bartholomew, Jr. (Donna) and Brian K. Bartholomew (Amy); her grandchildren, Thomas Collins (Lisa), David Collins (Brandy), Brooks Bartholomew (Faith), Blake Bartholomew, Karlie Bartholomew and Rachel Bartholomew; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Caleb, Brayden, Dylan, Brody, Levi, Madilyn and Brantley; and her siblings, Ronald, William, Joan and Richard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
