She was predeceased by: her spouse Billy R. Seay; her child Leslie Seay; her grandchild Josh; and her siblings, Norman, Dorothy, Lois and Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Seay Sr., David Seay Sr., Steven Seay Sr. and Beverly Sauer; her grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Steven Jr., Wade, Mandy, Crystal, Russell Jr., Shelby, David, Tabitha and Kayla; and her siblings, Gordon, George and Ruth. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
