He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crook and Catherine Crook. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Crook; his children, James Crook of Quinto, MD, Gloria J. Carpenter of Pasadena, MD, Catherine M. Crook of Pasadena, MD, Sandra D. Clarke of Severn, MD, Cherl L. Long of West Virginia and Melissa Crook of Maryland; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Racz of Abington, MD. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 plus great grandchildren.
