It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Allen Tipton (Pasadena, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Hoare and Mary (Nee Leimbach). He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Tipton; his sons, Charles A. Tipton, Jr. and Mark W. Tipton; and his siblings, Ruth Evelyn Schmidt and Herbert W. Ware. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
