She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Lewis Sr. (Chuck); her child Thomas E. Lewis (Thom); and her granddaughter Megan C. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Cathleen D. Thiemens (Heino) of Loudonville, OH and Charles J. Lewis Jr. (Patricia) of Pasadena, MD; her daughter-in-law Jo Anne Lewis (Thom) of Apalachiacola, FL; and her daughter Cynthia D. Seen (Greg) of Ellicott City, MD. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
