He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Eunice Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Smith; and his children, Lorraine A. Colter, Mindy L. Bollier, Gregory P. Smith, Lawrence E. Smith, Jennifer C. Thomas and James D. Smith. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
