He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Margaret "Peggy" Wingate; his children, Kathy Frey (Richard Frey), Valerie Justice (Terry Justice) and Steven Wingate (Michele Wingate); his siblings, Norma Polmes, Donald Wingate, Ralph Wingate, Warren Wingate, Calvin Wingate and Ruth Butschky; his grandchildren, Ricky Frey, Michael Frey, Lisa Pack, Melissa Frank, Todd Wingate, Derek Justice, Jonathan Karl and Abby Karl; and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Hunter, Ethan, Kassidy, Tyler, Haley, Chelsey, Kyley, Chloe, Ceaira and Jase.

Edwin Allen Wingate, 87, of Pasadena, Maryland passed away on June 6, 2018 after a brave battle with Dementia and Alzheimer's.
