He was predeceased by: his spouse Hilda Wimer; his significant other Dawn Hubbard; and his child Sherry Wimer. He is survived by: his children, Calvin Wimer (Iris) and Melvin Wimer (Lisa Davis); his grandchildren, Amy Rush, Melvin Wimer, Jr, Evan Wimer and Ethan Wimer; and his parents, Charles Wimer and Zoetta Wimer.
