She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leroy Lusby (Lee); her parents, Frederick Herbe and Irene Herbe; her sister Anna Daubert; her children, Bonnie (JD), Eric (Marybeth), Karl (Tina) and Dana (Joyce); her grandchildren, Megan, Mallory, Zach, Rachel and Evan; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Gracie, Lucas and Calvin.
Due to Covid-19, the family held a private visitation and funeral ceremony on January 25, 2021, when Elsa was laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Glen Burnie Maryland.
