With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Cicero of Pasadena, Maryland, who passed away on April 3, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Catherine Hild and Edward Hild; her daughters, Angie Kress (David), Teresa Deters (Dan), JoAnn Morrison (Glenn) and Mary Catherine Cicero Gemmell (John); and her sister Rose Marie Hild Cowan. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
