He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles H. Palmer, Shirley A. Palmer and Gloria Gostski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Palmer; his children, Gary W. Palmer and Sheila Palmer; and his brother Alan D. Palmer.
