We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2018, Jane Hohman (Pasadena, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer A. Hohman, Jr; and her children, Elmer Hohman III (Dutch), Kathe Kane, Kurt Hohman and Kimberly Rausch. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Church or the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
