He is survived by: his partner Edra Musselman; his daughter Tammy Dinsmore (Matt); his stepchildren, Brenda Knight (Robert) and Tony Musselman; his siblings, Marvin Payne, Barbara Clements and Joan Danovich; his grandchildren, Colsen Dinsmore, Gracee Knight, Savanna Knight, Sarah Knight, Tony Musselman and Taylor Musselman; his great grandchildren, Anthony Musselman and Hadrian Musselman; and his pets, Jake and Missy.
