She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Buchman and Margaret Laughon; her sister Betty Zepp; and her son Joseph Fell Jr.. She is survived by: her children, April Domanski (Dan) and Dennis Fell; her grandchildren, Logan Domanski, Kayla Fell and Nickole Fell; her brother Michael Laughon (Bobby); and her sibling's children, Rylie, Rowan Laughon, Sharon Morgan, Debbie Ellis and Tony Mestro. She is also survived by great nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations to be made in Jo's name to the Critical Care Wing of Baltimore Washington Medical Center or the National Aquarium in Baltimore.
