He is survived by: his wife Karen Geddes Kiefer; his children, Karen Bauer (Michael) of Havre, John Kiefer (Nikki) of Arcadia, Jim Kiefer (Linda) of Fayette, Vicki Bailey (Thomas) of Odenton, Steven Geddes (Krista) and Stacey Danielson of Pasadena, Maryland.; and his siblings, Anna Kraynek, Robert, James Kiefer and Donna Smith.
