She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Stivers and Henrietta McCracken Stivers; her husband Frederick Goetz; and her daughter Christine M. Lynn. She is survived by: her children, Cindy M. Leake of Pasadena and Fred C. Goetz, Jr. of North Carolina; and her siblings, Richard Stivers of Annapolis, Ernest, William F. Stivers, Jr. of Odenton, Shirley Benson of Severn and Sue Finley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
