She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Colburn and Robert Colburn; and her husband LeRoy Howard Warthen (Buddy). She is survived by: her children, Michael (Mary Fran), Scott (Susan) and Ruth Ann Healey (Lee Parker); her grandchildren, Andy McCloud, Kelsey Warthen and Ryan Warthen; her great grandchildren, Aidan McCloud and Tyler McCloud; and her close friend Gerry Fowler.
