She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Allen and Gayle Blackshire Richardson; her husband Dean Wagner; and her sister Rebecca Mayer. She is survived by: her pet Kooper; her daughters, Leah Heck (Ian) of Linthicum Heights, MD and Lauren Wagner of Pasadena, MD; her grandchildren, Harland Heck, Dean Frederick and Sophia Frederick; and her siblings, Lisa Miller (David) of Shady Side, MD, Cheryl Cannon (Joseph) of Greenspring, WV, Nicola Moxey (Brandon) of Centreville, MD, Benjamin Richardson (Daniela) and Jeffery Marshall (Joann).
