He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Anderson and Vivian Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Anderson; his stepson Philip 3rd; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Caldwell (Tom), Beverly Chenoweth (Richard), Jimmy Orem and Joseph Burke. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
