He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Turner, Savannah and Hailey; his brother Jimmy Dulay; his sister-in-law Jennifer Dulay; his stepsister Karen Dulay-Chang (George Chang); his sister Megan; his grandfather James Fowler; and his granddaughters, Andrea and Adalyn.
