Bartholomew; his children, Kimberly Collins (Thomas), William Bartholomew Jr. (Donna) and Brian Bartholomew (Amy); his grandchildren, Thomas Collins (Lisa), David Collins (Brandy), Brooks Bartholomew (Faith), Blake Bartholomew, Karlie Bartholomew and Rachel Bartholomew; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Caleb, Brayden, Levi, Dylan, Brody and Madilyn; and his siblings, Joseph Bartholomew, Margaret, Ronald and Johnny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew and friends.
